College Scholarship Program

A $500.00 scholarship is designed to assist and encourage qualified members and dependents of Water and Waste operators association to further their formal education beyond the secondary school level in the field of science or engineer. The scholarship is for one year only and will be forwarded to the college on behalf of the successful recipient.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applicants must mail the following to the Education Committee postmark by January 15.

a. Completed WWOA scholarship program application (available through link listed below or any WWOA event)

b. Copy of School Transcript

c. College Acceptance Letter

d. A 300- word essay on ”What contribution would I like to make in science or engineering.”

e. Reference Letter from a science or math teacher

Mail the completed WWOA Scholarship Program information to:
