THE WATER AND WASTE OPERATORS ASSOCIATION

OF MARYLAND, DELAWARE, AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

CENTRAL SECTION

 

The Central Section of the WWOA will hold its annual crab feast meeting on Sept. 24, 2008.  This meeting / tech. session will be held at the Ferndale Volunteer Fire Hall located in Linthicum, Md. (Directions on reverse side). The business meeting / tech. session will be held during the morning with the crab feast luncheon to follow at the same location.

 

Registration begins at 8:00 am, and will include coffee and donuts. The technical session will follow and be submitted for T.R.E. approval.

 

Technical Session   - “Scada Systems as an Aid to Process Control”.  Roland Turner of W.S.S.C. will be our presenter. This session is current and relevant and should present an interesting insight into the SCADA involvement with all of our processes. (Approx. 2 hours)

 

Pre-Registration for the meeting will be $27.00 for members, which includes the meeting and crab-feast luncheon. For those attending the business meeting and technical session(s) only, there will be a fee of $4.00.  Non-members add $20.00 for annual association dues.  Registration will be accepted at the door for $30.00 (members) $50.00 (non-members).
