Rates are based on single and double occupancy exclusive of tax. These rates are net non-commissionable. Children under 12 years of age stay free in parent’s room. Additional adults over and above double occupancy will be charged $15.00 per person.

           

The Suites reserved are the number of suites for which the guaranteed group rate was arranged. Should you require additional suites, it will be contingent on availability and may be negotiated at a different rate.

CUT-OFF DATE: 

 

The discounted group rate is available up to the Cut-Off Date of July 25, 2008.  Reservations received after this cut-off date may not be eligible for the negotiated group rate.  This applies to individual call-in reservations and group rooming lists.  At the Cut-Off Date, the Princess Royale will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept further reservations based on a space and rate available basis at the 2008 Tri-Association Conference group rate after this date.

           

SUITE CHECK-IN TIME:  Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available.

 

SUITE CHECK-OUT TIME:  Check-out time is 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for baggage storage beyond 11:00 am.

           

ROOM GUARANTEES:  Please understand that the Princess Royale CANNOT guarantee specific rooms by number or type.  Special requests will be honored as available.

 

ELECTRONIC IN-SUITE SAFE:  In addition to the above suite rate, there is a standard fee of .99¢/day per suite, regardless of use, for the electronic safe plus Maryland State Tax.

 

PARKING FACILITIES:  Free parking is provided for our guests with our 450 available spaces.

 

HOSPITALITY SUITE:

 

Use of our suites for hospitality purposes is strictly controlled for the protection of our guests. Therefore, it is asked that you curtail the noise after 11 pm. This will be monitored by our security if complaints arise.

           

The hotel reserves the right to provide and serve all food and beverage on the hotel premises. This is in compliance with regulations of the Maryland Health Department and Maryland State Liquor Authority.

           

In compliance with the Town of Ocean City the Princess Royale and its guests are required to recycle. Within your hospitality suite(s) there will be three bins provided to separate the glass, aluminum and standard trash. We ask that you comply to the Town ordinance.

 

RESERVATION METHOD:

 

Individuals – Each individual will be responsible for making his/her reservation with us.  It is imperative that reservations be made by July 25, 2008.  At that time we will release your block of rooms for sale to the general public.  Any requests made after this date will be subject to room and rate availability. 

 

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS:

 

Please note -- ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE GUARANTEED. A one night’s room and tax deposit must be received in order to guarantee a reservation.  All deposits can be made by cash, check or major credit card.

           

Individual room reservation cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. After this time your deposit will be forfeited.

           

There will be no refunds for early check-outs.   Anyone checking out prior to the agreed upon departure date, will be responsible for the full stay.

           

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

           

Individual - All suite, tax, safe, and incidental charges will be billed on an individual basis.

 

Upon check in, all guests must establish credit to their account, either by credit card or a $20.00 deposit. This is applied to the individual’s account to cover any incidental charges incurred during their stay. Any credit balance remaining upon check out will be refunded to that individual.

           

Any charges to an account may be paid by cash or major credit card -- American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, and Diners Club are accepted.  A 2.5% processing fee will be charged on any group payment or deposit made by an American Express credit card.

           

SMOKING BAN (HB359 & SB91):

 

Due to the Controversial Clean-Indoor Act (CIAA) which was signed into MD State Law on May 17, 2007, please be advised that the Princess Royale Hotel is a smoke free property.  Accordingly, this means it is prohibitive to smoke anywhere on the property ncluding the outside Gazebo Area, Sundeck, Atrium, Meeting Rooms, Hallways, Restaurant or Bar, Lobby, Suites, Condominiums, and balconies.
