Check-in time is anytime after 4 pm and check-out is by
11:00 am. We have a 3 day cancellation on all group individual
reservations. This means you would need to call the hotel 3
days prior to your date of arrival to be fully refunded your deposit.
The room block will be held until July 25, 2008. After this
date rooms will be based on availability only. The conference rate
is offered Sunday, August 24 -Thursday, August 28, 2008. Friday and
Saturday night rates are as follows - Standard Rooms - $149.00 + tax per night,
Bayfront Rooms - $189.00 + tax per night
