Important Hotel Information

Greetings: A reminder that Tri-Association Conference Hotel Room Blocks at 13 of the 16 Hotels will close a week from Friday, July 25, 2008. After July 25, most Hotels will release the reserved room block for sale to the General Public.  Some Hotels may still honor the Conference Rate, on a space available basis.  Three Hotels have later Room Block cutoffs:  Fenwick Inn (8/4/08), Holiday Inn Express (8/12/08) and Comfort Inn Gold Coast (8/14/08).

GRAND update:  The GRAND has added at least 30 rooms to the Tri-Association Conference Room Block.  They have also added a few Direct Ocean Rooms at $199/night.  If you were originally booked into a smoking room, there are non-smoking rooms now available.

Princess Royale Update:  The Princess Royale at 91st Street & Oceanfront has reduced their minimum Conference Rate from $154/night to $139/night.

Everyone attending the Conference is encouraged to make their Hotel reservations by Friday, July 25, to get your choice of Hotels.

If you are mailing or FAXing your Conference Registration to ACTEVA, please write-in your Email Address on the last line under Guest Names.
