ROOM RATES: $159.00 single/double for Grand View rooms and $179.00 single/double Premiere view rooms. Two Queen Beds, Non-Smoking

METHOD OF RESERVATION: Individual Call-in
All sleeping rooms are subject
to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.5%) in effect at time of
check-in. The above room rates are net,
non-commissionable. There is a
mandatory $1.59 safe fee per room per night which may be removed upon request
at check-out.
RESERVATION METHOD
Each guest is responsible for making his or her
reservations. Guests must refer to the group name and request their accommodations
prior to the reservation cutoff date.
Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at
800-447-6779. Your attendees will be
required to guarantee their reservation with one night’s pre-paid room and tax
or with a major credit card. Individual
reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a
room and tax charge for the first night.
All reservations must be received no later than 3:00 pm on date
designated below. After this date, we
reserve the right to release the unsold portion of your commitment for general
sale. We will continue to accept
reservations after the cut-off date, subject to availability at prevailing
rates.
The reservation cutoff date is 7/25/2008, we will check the pick up with you at the end of May to assess
the situation and determine whether a portion of the room block should be
released. All unreserved
rooms will be released for general sale.
Any reservations received after the 7/25/08 cutoff date will be accepted
on a space and/or rate-available basis.
Check in time is 4:00 P.M and checkout time is 11:00
A.M. The hotel will accommodate early
arrivals on a space available basis.

contractors and not necessarily to the particular hotel building where the
function is held.
