I.  NAME: Fenwick Inn

LOCATION: 13801 Coastal Highway- located at the north end of the beach on the bayside of the highway.

CUT OFF DATE:  August 4, 2008

ROOM RATE:      $79 per night plus tax- Rooms are either 2 double beds, or 1 king size bed with a sleeper sofa

Rate is based on double occupancy.  All rooms have small fridge and microwave.  We have an indoor pool and hot tub.  We offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby from 6 am until 11 am.  Jordan’s Rooftop Restaurant and Lounge is located on the 8th floor, and it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.  The lounge is open until 2 am.

WILL RATE BE HONORED AFTER CUT OFF DATE?: no

REDUCED RATE HONORED BEFORE 8/25 AND AFTER 8/28?:  I can honor the $79 rate for Sunday also, but I

                           am unable to offer a rate for the weekend nights.

 

II.        ROOM RATES

 

There is a 2-night minimum for Friday and Saturday Stays.  No Saturday arrivals.

 

Rates are based on single/double occupancy and are exclusive of 10.5% tax.  These rates are net non-commissionable.  Children 18 years of age and under stay free in parents’ room. Additional adults are $10 extra per night.

 

Check-In/Out Time:

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.  Guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. will be accommodated as soon as rooms become available.  During periods of high occupancy, group rooms may not be available upon arrival.  Rooms will be made available for group check-in as soon as possible.  Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.; additional night’s charge will apply for late check-out.

 

Parking:

The Fenwick Inn has complimentary on site parking.

 

 

III.       RESERVATION METHOD

 

Individual:

Each individual will be responsible for making his/her own reservation with us by 08/04/08.  Callers should identify themselves as being part of your group to receive the group rate.  The group code is TRIASSOC

 

Cancellation:

If guests need to cancel a guaranteed reservation for any reason, they must do so 72 hours prior to their arrival to receive a refund of deposit.  Any reservation canceled within 72 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount.

 

Cut-Off Date:

Any reservations requests made after 08/04/08 will be subject to room and rate availability.  There will be no exceptions or extensions.  If a group member does not check in on the scheduled arrival date, the room is held until 11:00 a.m. the following day and then released back into room inventory.  Reinstating a reservation after this time will be subject to availability and the discounted group rate may not apply.

 

Guaranteed Reservations:

Please note – ALL RESERVATIONS MADE MUST BE GUARANTEED.  A one night’s room and tax deposit must be received in order to guarantee a reservation.  All deposits must be made by cash, check or major credit card.

 

There will be no refund for early checkouts.  Anyone checking out prior to the agreed upon departure date, will be responsible for their full stay.

 

IV.       METHOD OF PAYMENT

 

Individual Charges:

Payment for sleeping rooms, tax, and incidental charges will be the responsibility each individual. 

 

Charges to an account may be paid by cash or major credit card.  American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover cards are accepted.  Personal Checks will not be accepted at check in for final payment upon check out.
