Castle in the Sand is located on 37th Street & Oceanfront. We are the closest hotel to the Roland Powell Convention Center, located across the street and only 2 blocks south, very easy walk. Room Block is for Oceanfront Efficiencies (2 double beds, sleep sofa, kitchenette, private oceanfront balcony). The rate would be $229.00 per night per room double occupancy, with 10.5% tax additional.  3 Days prior to the conference puts us in a weekend and the rate would be $299 per room per night double occupancy. Rate weekend after conference is Labor Day, rate $239.00 per room per night, double occupancy.
