Take Me Out To the Ball Game

Come join the WWOA Southern Section for a night at the ball park! On Friday, August 28, 2009, the Southern

Maryland Blue Crabs will square off against the Bridgeport Bluefish at Regency Stadium in Waldorf, Maryland.

We have secured the Red, Hot & Blue Picnic Pavilion for a two-hour all-you-can-eat buffet. The buffet consists

of BBQ pork, grilled hot dogs and hamburgers, potato salad, BBQ baked beans, cole slaw, and banana

pudding. Assorted fountain drinks are available for the duration of the buffet only. Game time is 7:05 PM, but

the buffet opens at 6:30 PM.

The cost for this event is $29.00 per adult. For children 12 and under, or for seniors 65 and older, the cost is

$24.00 per person. The price includes your game ticket as well as the buffet. To purchase tickets, download and

Please note that you cannot purchase these tickets directly from the ball park. You must purchase them through WWOA. This

event is open to WWOA members and non-members. We need to sell a minimum of 20 tickets to make this

happen, but the pavilion holds well over 100 people.

Remember, the game starts at 7:05 PM but the buffet begins at 6:30 PM. We will be under cover, so this is a

rain or shine event!
