Meeting called to order: May 6, 2008 @11:45 am
Treasurer’s Report: Spring regional report balance all up to date.....amount of $1428.36
copy’s were provided including Bank of America statements of deposit and account transactions.
Report from Trustees: St Mary’s...Wicomico Shores Wastewater Plant News update handout.
rehabilitation in Waldorf with 3 new Wells. Jude House to connect to Chapel Point.
Directors Report: Please ask Michelle
Spring Regional: 50/50 raffle succesful
Pig Roast: Need flyers for pig roast by July meeting. Need arrow signs for ampitheater. Find out about live band for Pig Roast..Free
Raffle: 150 tickets sold already..5 dollars ea.. Drawing at pig roast.
Scholarship Drawing: Drawing was held. Morgan Odell has applications. Request was made that next scholarship meeting have section space filled out on scholarship forms. List of winners in mail also to be emailed.
